MAINTENANCE FEES REDUCED!!
As of January 1, 2012, the maintenance fees have been reduced to $168/month for market units, and $56/month for affordable units. Download regular unit payment coupons, or affordable unit payment coupons. Payments are still due by the 15th of the month as before.
